The breathe is very important when you spend lots of time in and on the water, we will practice breath control during the sessions.

Releasing tension around the hips helps in popping up faster, improving your water start.
Flexible ankles means less strain if you got stuck in the foot straps, a deep neck stretch helps releasing the strong paddle muscles..
