It makes sense. Yoga in your Own Time, no need to change your outfit, just roll out your mat and use a quick refreshing session, 10 minutes 40 minutes 90 minutes, you can find a class for your needs! Perfect.. Well almost.
Many times i have people joining my classes with only online experience, im happy they have experience, for them, the light got ignited,, tho a teacher is there to keep it safe, adjusted on your possibilities and can match you with the best poses for you at that time. For specific groups its even more important to have a teacher around avoiding injuries. Like during the pregnancy, finding a nice class nearby can be difficult, taking random online pregnancy videos are not for everybody..
So Why not give an online guided session a try? With a teacher to adjust you (verbally), at your own time, duration and safety measurements especially for you.
How does that work?
We will meet online, you will sit at a place comfortable for you, you can choose 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, 75 minutes or 90 minute sessions. All you need is internet, a screen and a camera connected (and a yogamat with some comfy clothes).

working on your connective tissue, therapeutic and deep stretches, training some perseverance and balancing with your more busy days.
- SlowFlow
working on poses that assist your body, not trying to touch the floor but working with the way your body can grow, fitting poses together in a flowsequence which you eventually can turn into your own home practice by yourself.
- a guided Savasana
Relaxing like a short Yoga Nidra, melting and restoring while your body and mind take a rest!
