In these yoga classes we work on each individuals needs at each persons own pace.
If it is your first time you will learn more about how to move the body into a posture, if you are doing yoga more often you will learn about how to connect your movement to your breathing rhythm, and if you are a well trained yogi, it is a moment to improve your little habits and reflect.
With Yoga you will learn more about how you are moving and how you can calm down the mind..
Yoga is not only physical excersice, it is more than fitness, it is a lifestyle..
There are breathing excersices, brain training and attention/focus excersices. Working with your concentration you will improve on every part of your being!
Between your body and your mind, is your soul. With these yoga classes you will try to get a little closer to that part of your true existence without making the classes spiritual. We like down to earth!
Yoga for Everybody takes about 90 minutes. All you need is comfortable clothes that don't obstruct you from moving. Some socks or a jacket for the final relaxation is nice to keep you warm.
