New group starting FEBRUARY ´22 in LAJARES
Every 2 weeks we try to get a group together for a session of baby-mama yoga and sharing.

Baby Mama Yoga is all about connecting, playing, discovering together! Mama's get a nice stretch to relieve sore arms, shoulders and chest from carrying (and when feeding), train the inner abs for a strongly new build core and work on your post natal pelvic floor.
What do we do in a Baby Mama Class?
Starting with an opening circle, An overview of the theme of the week, review on the passed week and time for urgent questions that should be shared... After we all are up to date and back on track we start with a little warm up for the mama's, we play with the babies while doing some post natal yoga postures and breathing exercises.
The babies will get their parts later in class with a nice gentle stretch you will help your baby to discover their bodies and possibilities, on top of it you have a moment to connect and bond together! Massage technics and an nice savasana (resting moment) at the end, to round up each session with a moment for ourselves and our little ones.. Nothing Else.
We sing, play and when necessary feed, change nappies and take breaks to eat or rest.
After class there is another 15 minutes to chat and connect together while we clean and pack.
For whom are these classes?
Classes are for all babies from 6 weeks till they are crawling. We try to keep the impact low but with multiple babies in one room there is always some sensations and impulses, every baby is different as is every mama, come and try a class to see if it works for you
What do i bring to class?
Babies always come with bags. Also to baby-mama yoga..

Baby Mama Yoga is a safe place to meet other mama's and babies, we are all responsible for a fun and safe group. We try to keep the group at maximum 6 mamas with their baby's, if you subscribe to a class which already been fully booked you will be placed on a waiting list. Some days we might extend to a little bigger group if the space and baby's allow us.
Prices of the classes vary according to the available locations, these are educational courses and should be open to everybody to use, we try to keep the costs as low as possible.
Classes are taught in English, you can communicate your own language with your baby and use your own songs accordingly to not make it more complicated than necessary for our little ones.
If you doubt about the participation for your baby please ask your pediatrician for advice.
For more talks and connection there is also a lactancia group in Corralejo in which mothers of newborns can meet unite and share, not only
about feeding but all topics interesting for new mama's.

What do i bring to class?

- Big Towel (beach towel)
- Muslin cloths
- Changing equipment and changing towel/shield
- Water or drinks for the Mama and perhaps a small energy snack for the start or end.
- Comfortable clothes for Mama, and loose outfit for baby.
- A few Toys, not those with loud music preferably.
