With the easy going vibes and the level of a retreat you will have a double win, you will learn new recipes and improve your cooking skills while you surely will enjoy amazing meals everyday! Having a daily yoga session to give your body a nice stretch and relax in between cooking, eating and spending time at the beach or the pool. What else you miss? How about a bike your (electric) through the wild landscape, learning about the history of the islands, or enjoying what this island is famous for, the waves, with a surf session!

Cooking Holiday Fuerteventura
Arrival at any day, pick your best flights and book your package, we can host you in our guesthouse in corralejo till the start of the Cooking Week.
Enjoy the time on the island, settle in. Or fly in on Saturday and start right away.
Saterday arrival day there are no plans, going out for a meal, having some time to discover the area, acclimatize to the island life.
Sunday morning we start slow and serve you a delicious breakfast to start the day easy.
Enjoying a yoga session to stretch out the travel and arrive in the week.
At lunch time we will have our first cooking class, preparing a delicious lunch together, what do you know and what do you like to work on in the kitchen, lets find it out.
After lunch there is free time to enjoy what feel right for you.
Dinner will be prepared together again, your second cooking class will get you through the basic meal preparations and cater for different diets.
Monday starts with a breakfast class, a cosy breakfast and yoga on the terrace.
You can prepare your own lunch and take it away to the beach or discover the island.
We will meet for dinner class again.
The week will look more or less like this o the next days, cooking, enjoying food, yoga, relax and more cooking and enjoying the food.
Depending your preferences you can sign up for the bike tour or a surf session to experience more of the islands qualities.
Our last night will be a big dinner celebration together, hopefully you feel confident to create some amazing meals back home or on your own retreat.
Saturday is departure day and we have no plans.
After breakfast we say goodbye and leave with our hearts filled, smiles on the face and our brains relaxed with lots of new skills.
All yoga classes are build up with individual attention, aimed at your own level, your own needs.
The cooking classes are being thought by our italian chef, with 20 years of cooking experience he will bring you the delicious italian and european recipes to offer your friends, family or collegues after you get back home.
Bringing the tempo of life back to its bare roots, one step at a time, living right in the moment.
Extra's are optional, create the luxery you want on your holiday.

The Yoga is a mixed style of vinyasa, power, resorative and yin, depending the moment classes are more powerfull or more cooling, more energizing or more relaxing. A therapeutic approach makes it personal, learn and improve about your own yoga in a way that will help you still back at home..
Slow flow or Strong flow the poses will be addapted to your own level, you get out of the holiday what you need!

Meet The Teachers
Classes on your yoga holiday are taught by different teachers to give you lots of variety and a broad experience, taste, explore and enjoy.
ElineTeaching a mixture of styles into a slow flow, with attention to each individuals needs, working on the basics and growing from there. With a touch of therapeutics and fun.
